Estonia, 2009–2019: the birth rate of third and later children rose by 28%, of first children it fell by 12%
Per woman at that period's rates: first births 0.77 → 0.68, second 0.60 → 0.56, third and later 0.33 → 0.42; total 1.70 → 1.66. First children now come later (at 28.2 instead of 26). These series cannot separate postponement from births that will never occur. HFD data end in 2019.
