   Luxembourg: the budget came out better than the IMF forecast in 13 years out of 15

   Each April the IMF forecasts the next year. For Luxembourg, in 2011–2025 the budget came out better than forecast in 13 of 15 years, typically by 1.7 percentage points of GDP. The biggest miss: 2011 — in April 2010 the IMF expected a deficit of 5.1% of GDP, the outcome was a surplus of 0.7% of GDP.
