   Belarus, 2008–2018: the birth rate of third and later children rose by 65%, of first children it fell by 22%

   Per woman at that period's rates: first births 0.80 → 0.62, second 0.52 → 0.54, third and later 0.17 → 0.29; total 1.49 → 1.45. First children now come later (at 25.9 instead of 24.5). These series cannot separate postponement from births that will never occur. HFD data end in 2018.
