   US: the EIA over-projected CO2 emissions in 15 of 15 five-year-ahead projections

   Five-year-ahead projections of 15 AEO editions 2005–2019 over-projected CO2 emissions: the outcome was below the projection in 15 of 15 cases, median gap −8%. The largest miss: AEO2007 expected 6,369 million tonnes of CO2 a year for 2012, the outcome was 5,236.
