   Qatar: in 13 years out of 16 the IMF expected higher inflation than came

   Each April the IMF forecasts the next year. For Qatar, in 2008–2023 inflation came in below the forecast in 13 of 16 years, typically by 1.6 percentage points. The biggest miss: 2009 — in April 2008 the IMF expected 10%, the outcome was −4.9%.
