Births per 1,000 people, the regions with the most deaths in organised violence (UCDP) per person (Meta, Norte de Santander, Antioquia and more) against the rest: 19.2 vs 18.8 in 1998, 14.3 vs 14.9 in 2010, 12.3 vs 12.1 in 2020. Young people leaving conflict zones also moves this measure.
