Timor-Leste: from 5.33 to 3.40 children per woman in just 10 years
From 2007 to 2017 the number of children per woman fell faster than in any other decade since 1950. Around that period: life expectancy 62.4 years → 65.9 years (2007–2017). This does not establish a cause.
