   Deaths above the extended 2015–2019 trend (Human Mortality Database, Macroscope's calculation): 2020 −2.9%, 2021 +2.1%, 2022 +13.7%. Men's life expectancy (UN estimate): 77.4 years in 2019, 77.3 years in 2022. The UN's 2019 revision expected 78.5 years for 2020–2025; the estimate for the years so far is 77.5 years.
