   Each April the IMF forecasts the next year. For Angola, in 2008–2024 the economy grew slower than forecast in 15 of 17 years, typically by 2.6 percentage points. The biggest miss: 2009 — in April 2008 the IMF expected 13.2%, the outcome was 2%.
